Troubleshooting

A new image or design change is not appearing

Restart the local dev server, hard refresh the browser, and confirm the page references the latest asset filename. Next image optimisation can cache old public image paths during development.

Calendar availability looks wrong

Check the source iCal feed, confirm sync status, review blocked dates, and inspect overlapping direct bookings or owner stays in the timeline view.

A guest did not receive a message

Confirm the guest contact details, enabled delivery channels, template status, automation trigger, and message logs in Unified Communications.

A cleaning job was not created

Review checkout time, enabled automation rules, property assignment settings, checklist templates, and whether the booking source created a checkout event.

Stripe setup is not active

Open Payment Setup, complete any required Stripe verification, confirm country/currency support, and check whether payouts and card payments are enabled.

Can my team use WhatsApp instead of another app?

Yes. Operations workflows are designed so cleaners, maintenance teams, and providers can receive jobs, accept work, submit updates, and upload photos through WhatsApp.

Does Stayer replace a PMS?

Stayer can work alongside PMS companies and booking sources. It focuses on direct booking, in-stay experience, communications, and operational execution.

Can AI Copilot make changes automatically?

AI Copilot can suggest and prepare actions, but permissions and approval flows should be configured for sensitive or business-critical changes.
