The rules for using Stayer websites, software, and services.
Last updated: April 30, 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Stayer websites, products, software, content, and related services. By accessing or using Stayer, you agree to these terms.
If you use Stayer on behalf of a company, property owner, property manager, or other organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
2. What Stayer provides
Stayer provides software for short-term rental operators, including direct booking websites, calendar integration, guest experience tools, communications, AI-assisted workflows, analytics, and operations management.
Stayer is not a real estate broker, travel agent, payment processor, insurer, property manager, or accommodation provider. Hosts and operators remain responsible for their listings, guests, properties, taxes, local compliance, pricing, availability, and service delivery.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate account information and promptly update it if it changes. We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe your account is being misused, compromised, or used in breach of these terms.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use Stayer to break the law, infringe rights, send spam, distribute malware, scrape or reverse engineer the service, interfere with platform security, or misuse guest or team data.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content, property information, messages, automations, images, and instructions you upload or send through Stayer are accurate, lawful, and appropriate.
5. AI features and automations
Stayer may include AI-assisted features that draft messages, suggest actions, analyse operational data, or help automate workflows. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed where accuracy matters.
You remain responsible for approving important actions, configuring permissions, and ensuring AI-generated content is suitable for your guests, team, and business.
6. Payments and third-party services
Stayer may integrate with third-party services such as payment processors, calendar sources, communication providers, AI providers, analytics tools, and booking channels. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, fees paid to Stayer are software fees and do not include third-party processing fees, taxes, channel fees, or other external charges.
7. Intellectual property
Stayer and its software, branding, designs, workflows, documentation, and website content are owned by Stayer or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you provide to Stayer, but grant us the rights needed to host, process, display, transmit, and use that content to provide and improve the service.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Features may change as we improve the product.
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Stayer is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties that the service will meet every requirement or produce any specific business outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stayer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, bookings, goodwill, data, or business opportunities.
